      VISA SUPPORT   

Visa support can be arranged if the hotel is booked through our company only, the price of 1 USD per person is valid if the hotel is booked for more then four nights. Our services are the following:

1. Issuing and delivering the invitation to the consular section of the airport “MINSK – 2” or sending the invitation to the consular department of Belarus abroad. For the groups we offer special prices.  If the papers are to be delivered with DHL or UPS mailing service the delivery should be done on your expanse.

2. The most commonly used service - meeting at the plane’s gateway and assisting in getting the visa and passing through the passport and customs control. We are meeting our guests right at the plane’s gangway, they do not need to fill in any papers or to stand in a long lines as we are organizing something like a green-channel for them. The whole procedure of getting the visa and passing the passport control usually takes not more then half an hour.

Please, pay attention! The consular fee is to be paid additionally. (The consular fee is to be paid in cash (USD or EURO)

    TRANSFER

Probably it will be good for you to have a car which will be waiting for you to bring to the hotel, if so we offer individual transfers «National airport Minsk» - hotel or hotel – «National airport Minsk»

If you need to get to another city in Belarus - just let us know the time and the place. We guarantee that the car will be better then a regular taxi and you will feel comfortable and safe with our driver.
